Exchange, Return, and
Refund Policy

All sales made on the Vini The Ninja website are final. Therefore, we are committed to ensuring that you receive your order in perfect condition. Please read our guidelines carefully before completing your purchase.

Important: Pre-sale product purchases cannot be returned. By purchasing a pre-sale item, the customer agrees that shipping will only occur after the specified release date, as stated in the Shipping Policy of this website. There is no possibility of refunds or returns, except in cases of manufacturing defects or situations required by law.

1. Exchanges

Exchanges are only accepted under the following conditions:
 

  • The product received has a manufacturing defect, which must be confirmed by our company.

  • If the product arrives damaged, the customer must contact us through one of the support channels available on this website within 7 (seven) calendar days of receiving the order for evaluation.

  • The product must be returned to the address provided by our platform under the following conditions:

    • No signs of use.

    • In its original packaging, with all included accessories (if applicable).

    • Accompanied by the purchase invoice.
       

Exchange Options:
 

  • The customer may exchange the product only for the same item, if available in stock.

  • If the same product is not available, store credit may be offered for future purchases.
     

Shipping Costs for Exchanges:
 

  • If the defect is confirmed, the return shipping cost will be covered by Vini The Ninja.

  • If the customer prefers to exchange the product for another without defects, the shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
     

2. Returns

Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:
 

  • The customer received the wrong product (different from the one purchased).

  • The item arrived damaged due to transportation issues.

  • If the return is approved, the shipping cost will be covered by Vini The Ninja.

  • If the return is due to a customer error (such as selecting the wrong item when ordering), the shipping cost will be covered by the customer.
     

3. Refunds

  • The customer received a defective product and chooses a refund instead of an exchange.

  • The product was lost by the carrier and could not be delivered.

4. Order Cancellation (Right of Withdrawal)

  • To do so, the customer must contact us through one of the support channels available on this website, where they will receive all instructions for returning the product and processing the refund.
     

Conditions for Cancellation Returns:
 

  • If the customer wishes to return a non-defective product due to withdrawal or regret, the return shipping cost will be covered by Vini The Ninja, in accordance with the Consumer Defense Code.

  • The customer must ensure that the product is properly packaged to prevent damage during return shipping, as any damage may result in the rejection of the return.

  • Once the return package is received by Vini The Ninja, an inspection will be carried out within 7 (seven) calendar days.
